Strategic Planning

Strategic planning attempts to answer the questions:

Simply put, strategic planning determines where an organization is going over the next several years, how it’s going to get there and how it’ll know whether it got there or not. Quite often, the organization already knows much of what will go into the strategic plan. However, development of the strategic plan greatly helps to clarify the organization’s plans and ensures that key leaders are “all on the same page”. This workshop is designed to produce a disciplined effort that will generate fundamental decisions and actions that will shape and guide what the organization is, what it does, and why it does it, with a focus on goals for the future.
