Motivation

What drives people to work hard and do a good job? What role is played by money? Opportunity? Power? Prestige? The answers to these questions vary, depending on the individual. People are motivated toward an objective only if they feel it is in their own best interest. A motivated worker is not only the most productive worker, but also the worker who sometimes equals or excels any standards that management set or would contemplate setting. Motivation, along with planning and organizing, plays an important part in the level of performance that will be achieved in the organization.

This workshop will include strategies to increase morale and productivity at the workplace.

Objectives:

- Expose employees with methods on how they can enhance and/or develop their own motivational techniques
- Understand the impact of a positive attitude on employees’ personal and professional performance and lives
